New PhD students join the TopoTin group
Ardra Surendran K.P. and Smibin Shaju, graduates in Physics from the Central University of Kerala and SRM Institute of Science and Technology in India, with the beginning of October joined the TopoTin group led by dr Ewa Młyńczak, where they will realize their doctoral projects. Both students will be investigating the thin film structures based on Fe and Sn, Ardra will focus on the investigations of the electronic properties, while Smibin - on the investigations of the magnetic properties. Both students are enrolled in the Krakow Interdisciplinary School of PhD Studies and receive scholarship founded by the National Science Center with the Sonata Bis TopoTin project 2022/46/E/ST3/00184.
